Waterman’s Tavern is a new American restaurant located in the heart of Brielle, NJ, offering the finest cuts of dry aged beef, including our signature authentic Japanese A5 Wagyu.

For a sophisticated experience, make your reservation in our Main Dining Room providing a memorable night of fine dining, in a stylish space creating an elegant environment by night.
